Shipping & Processing
Most items from In Blue Handmade are made to order in my Asheville, North Carolina studio. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the items ordered, current order volume, and material availability.
If your order contains multiple items, I generally ship the order together once all items are ready, but feel free to reach out to ask for split shipments as your order is ready.
Shipping transit time is separate from processing time. Selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout will shorten the carrier's transit time after your order has been completed, but it does not expedite production.
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We may occasionally be able to accommodate an earlier deadline depending on current inventory and production capacity, but expedited production cannot be guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is free on domestic U.S. orders over $50. Orders $35 and under have a flat $6 shipping fee. Other applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Discounted international shipping rates are available and will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is created. Tracking may not show movement immediately; carrier tracking will update after the package has been received and scanned by the carrier.
